Restless Xposed, featuring West Coast rapper Xzibit (Alvin Nathaniel Joiner), is a scrapbook-style look at his tour in support of 2000’s platinum-selling Restless. The program features performance, video, and interview clips plus a glimpse of the backstage antics involving friends and associates like Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit), Kid Rock, and Dr. Dre (Restless’s producer). Xzibit, a.k.a. “X to the Z,” is a dynamic performer with lyrical skills to burn, infectious beats, and a goofy but appealing sense of humor (nonetheless, viewer discretion is advised due to nudity, profane language, and drug use). Highlights include a duet between Xzibit and Eminem on “Don’t Approach Me” and a look at the making of the video for “X” (featuring Snoop and Dre). Since Restless Xposed also includes material from At the Speed of Life and 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz, the title Xzibit Xposed would have applied just as well.
