Every
UFC and
Strikeforce event from here on out, we make
predictions on.
By the end of the year we see where
everyone is pick wise!
We will be predicting the
5* fight main cards, choosing either a
WIN/
LOSS/
DRAW.
*-Cards may be more or less than 5 fights.
Every predictions thread (
containing the fighters you will need to pick from)
will be posted
at-least 1 week before the
event;
Personal Messages will be sent once the thread is open for Predictions.
To get into the HOF you must predict a week PERFECT (4-0, 5-0 or 6-0),
a * indicates an HOF Prediction holder. The top 3 ranked Members make the HOF @ the end of the year.
UPDATE: Perfect Predictions and the Hall of Fame are now different.
HOW DO THE RECORDS/RANKINGS WORK? Ranks start out with everyone even, in alphabetical order. Based on the ratio of correct to incorrect predictions, one's record will change (i.e. pick 4/6 then your record will show 4-2) thus eventually changing rank. Rank is your overall position in the league, record is your individual performance.
STARTING in 2013, BONUS Fights will also be available to pick from,
1 Undercard fight now and then will be up for Predictions,
AND you can decide WHETHER or not to predict the fight, taking a risk for a reward.
***If No Shows continually occur, Wins will take priority OVER losses.
For example, 5-5 will mean as much as 5-1 (5 wins being whats taken into account).
This is just to be fair to the active participants.
There is
NO PENALTY for
no showing, as it hurts
you enough already
missing out on picks,
and I don't want anyone to feel
excluded, this is meant to be
FUN!!!!!

UPDATE: After 3 weeks of consecutive no-shows, a member will now be moved from the
Active List to the
Reserves. After 3 weeks in the Reserves you are dropped from the league. You can rejoin at any time, this is just to make the workload easier.
**The Prediction League is an
Annual event. At the end of every year,
the top
3 Members go into the
Hall of Fame.
All records are wiped clean, and the League starts fresh with the New Year,
giving everyone a fair chance!
