David Haye -210 Nikolay Valuev +170

Big Chad Dawson -500 Glen Johnson +300

Fedor -575 Rogers +375

This is the official line so this is the line we are going to use.

Mousasi -500 Soko +350

Werdum -165 Silva +135

Shields -300 Millet +220

SeeSon's Preview: Haye vs Valuev

In a match up that looks like David vs Goliath, I wish I could say this will be an interesting match up, but Valuev is about to get his card pulled. While Nikolay enjoys a huge height and reach advantage, I believe that a 46 year old Evander Holyfield gave Haye the blueprint on how to beat Valuev. Valuev is not athletic at all, and he will have a very difficult time hitting the former cruiserweight David Haye.

Why Valuev could win: Many felt that Holyfield beat Valuev when they fought, but corrupt judges gave Nikolay the decision. The same thing would have to happen for him to beat Haye.

Why Haye could win: His speed will be too much and he will pick the lumbering Valuev apart.

What will happen: Haye by late stoppage or decision.

SeeSon's Preview Dawson vs Johnson

This is a lowly anticipated rematch and a situation where it was Chad's biggest payday. In the first bout, Dawson dominated whenever he turned it on and was the aggressor, and he lost rounds when he would essentially take rounds off. With Dawson looking to become a bigger draw, I anticipate him pushing the action this fight and attempting to stop the aging Johnson. Johnson has a punchers chance, but overall Dawson should overwhelm Johnson.

Why Johnson could win: He still has some decent power, so if he manages to hurt Dawson, it is possible that he could finish the fight.

Why Dawson could win: He's just the better fighter and should outclass Johnson.

What will happen: While Johnson does have a tremendous chin, Dawson will use this fight to propel him into bigger paydays. Dawson by KO.
