I'd kick that bitch to the curb. Nothing I hate more than to find out I've been wasting my time on some girl to find she's a slut. While everybody else hit right away, she was trying to convince you that she was something else. If I knew what she was about going in, I've never had problems with it. Especially if the girl said she was trying to change and sounded sincere. Everybody eventually grows out of that shit, hence I don't think too many 80 y/o ladies are getting trains ran on them.

Yes it would affect my relationship quite adversely.

Depends on how far into the relationship we are and how changed she is... just fuckin' around and she can be a bitch, although the sex is good, I'd drop her... but if she was committed, loyal, submissive, and all the other qualities I find desireable in a woman... and no STD's, I'd probably continue to kick it.

I've ran trains myself, so I can't really judge women who participate in them.

I used to have that double-standard... and still do to a certain degree, but if she's a changed woman, why penalize her for something that happened in the past?

I'm a freak myself and I hate having to teach a woman... so if she comes fully equipped with all that freaky knowledge, then the happier I'll be.
