So quit being lazy and hit the weights and eat you're ass off ^^
I quit since New Years. I think a little before that. Shit, I was smoking for a good 6 years I think. I was up to a pack a day of Reds. Started on Lights, went to Reds, then Ports, back to Reds. Suprisingly, quitting hasn't been that tough. And I quit cold turkey.
But I remember day 2. Wooooooo, fuckin day 2. I got sick as hell and I never get sick. Not actually sick, I think more of a mild withdrawl. But it felt worse than being sick. My whole body felt horrible, to the point I could barely stand. Only lasted about 2 hours, but it even had me sweating.
It's harder for me to not eat sugary foods, than to not smoke though, for sure. I think that's my real addiction.
