if i had someone who told me the exact shit to do and made my meals for me every day so i just had to warm them up id be built too...thats what money brings you privledge.
i doubt he could of done this on his own since he is busy as a bee.
i can tell he focused mainly on core movements you can tell but his huge over developed Trap muscles...alot of clean and press, squat, deadlifts etc.
