Jealousy?

Is jealousy (on your part) a product of insecurity or a result of men and their supposed inability to be faithful in a loving relationship?

I agree it's a bit of both. But I think mainly it's the lack of trust. Like, if I'm jealous of ANYONE. Not just my husband. But anyone, it's because I don't trust them. Trust is a big issue for me. Takes alot before I can trust someone ;o)

yeah, both. i think its especially hard to trust your 'other half' when all you hear about is cheating and divorcing now-a-days.

Both.

I agree with the statements made on trust. it's very hard to be sure of yourself nowadays, because there's always another girl willing to do more than you more often than you, and they are scandalous. It's hard to measure yourself against the standards of beauty in todays society and be sure of yourself.

BUT i think that sometimes, the emotions that women display are often mistook for jealousy. I had some issues with my bf and his ex, and he tossed the jealousy card at me...but the fact of the matter wasn't that I was jealous...it was mainly fear, and misturst.
