Flirting at work

I found an article about this a long time ago but forgot to post it and now the yahoo news link I saved to it is dead

Basically it was a survey which found that women were flirt with their bosses/coworkers aren't anymore likely to get a promotion any faster.

To me it's nice to know that. I wouldn't flirt or use sex appeal in hopes of getting a promotion. I'm too reserved for that kind of crap anyways

We know surveys can be wrong though..what's your thoughts on this? Are we still at a point where women don't get promotions based on their job skills alone? Would you or have you used flirting and sex appeal to get what you want at a job?

I haven't used flirting to get a job and I've never flirted with a boss or co-worker ( except when I was working with my boyfriend, but we were togother before I we started there).. I have flirted with customers though... Well.. lets say did some sweet talking... lol
