Good guys ALWAYS win
but there is a flip-side to it; they are coming to me all @ once. & continuously seems like. I like meeting new ppl. and I'm starting to think what did I change about myself to attract them. Some of them are ones who I've known over the years but remained friends & respected the relationship I had at the time. I'm just realizing they respected it b/c of ME-not so much of him but never pushed the envelope.
It's weird b/c in some situations the ones I've known for a long time are ones who fell out of touch & recently linked back up to catch up on times....ONLY to find out they are talking/involved with someone..but still want to hang/converse with me. I'm skeptical about that. I know my limits.
Sometimes I feel like I'm on a reality show but I'm not looking for love, lol.
Does this ever happen to you-when you enjoy being single for the time being?

They weren't really your friends... they were just trying to wait out your relationships so they could have their chance... been there, done that.
No heterosexual guy really ever wants to be friends with a woman, especially one he's attracted to... when we're still talking to you, being nice to you, checking up on you, etc, it's because we're trying to see how we can fit in there somehow... we're thinking, 'maybe this is the day she's available and I can finally have my shot'... then it's like, "ahh fuck, she's talking about so-and-so again."

^^ after years of careful consideration and experience i have come to the conclusion that this is true.
the guys i considered friends dont hit me up because they know im married [and they know my dude dont play lol].
ha, there's a guy i used to work with, that i thought was a really cool friend. as soon as he found out my husband was leaving on his military tip, he hits me up sounding friendly sayin "yo if you ever need anything since you're gonna be alone, just let me know"
i thought he was being sweet. 2 weeks later he hits me up with some poem talkin about takin me down. the killer was some like like "while they Army's away, baby we can play" on some other shit.
i wont call em dogs...but dudes can be doggish in their ways lmaooo

Good guys always win my ass..I'm def a good guy.I believe it in my heart and I'm told this all the time.now my past isn't squeaky clean but I was young and dumb then.sometimes I feel like all the bad shit that happens to me these days when it comes to relationships I feel like ts because of my past.so I chuck it up to pay back or karma.but see its been like this for a very long time.I've been good much longer than I've been bad so its kinda like wtf..I find myself tryna make up for wat I've done.I even pass up some shit that's jus tossed in my lap cause I know its "morally wrong".as stupid as it sounds comin from a fly guy like myself lol but its true.sometimes I gotta be the bad guy to get wat I want u know?..its like I'm gettin tired of waiting to get mine

Well, I have guy friends too, but most of them are put in 3 categories:
They're already involved with someone I know or am friends with. Or I was involved with one of their homeboys
They're gay
They're fuck-buddies (meaning I just fuck and leave most of the time.)

Imperial, you ever double-booked a fuck buddy? LOL
That happened to me once before... no, I didn't double-book, but I was one of the parties to a chick who did... and the other guy wouldn't leave for shit... he tried to get me to go to the store to buy a blunt... shit was hilarious... I finally waited him out and he left... I would've probably left first, but dammit, it was an ego thing... and besides, her dome was great.
I've got a million single life stories... I should write a book...lol

ehh lol I had a feeling somebody was going to say that about the "friend zone." It's happened, or the ones who try to get in where they fit in but a week later I ditch them b/c they bore me. & I'm just talking about their conversation.
I do have a male friend who I've been cool with unlike any of the rest. We connect on a really good level & the attraction is there but we live in different states now.
J. Hyphy I don't know what you mean exactly by being the "bad" guy to get what you "want" but that might result in karma coming back again.
A lot of dudes act like they're the "bad" type but they're really not.

think about it like this...if they fall into one of those categories up there are they really your friends?
idk about you but when i had dudes that fit into those categories i wouldn't call them and tell them my problems, or call them if my car broke down, or call them if i was in tears.
i would call my husband, my real friends, or my family.
idk...dudes [people] can be just so 1 dimensional now...at this point in my life it takes a lot to be considered my friend. you gotta put in work! lol

I wonder why women's gaydars are so poor??
I can spot 'em a mile away.
I just think most guys are gay until proven otherwise.
I'm being sarcastic... a little... but deep down, I do think that way.

Sometimes our gaydars are good cause some dudes make it so obvious by the fact that there are parts of their swaggers that are feminine. i.e. I've seen some straight (or claim to be straight) guys who tend to have some kind of feminine accent when they talk. Now they may not be gay, but that accent will make it seem like they are. Or some of their actions may seem that they are more attracted to men instead of women. (lightbulb)

But you guys tend to let pretty boys slide... not saying that every pretty boy is gay, but when a guy is very extreme and detailed with his styling and apperance, you have to wonder... Terry McMillan and Star Jones couldn't tell... Shemar Moore is gay... Omarion is gay... in fact, I hear that more than half of Hollywood is gay or undercover.

This is why I don't dress nice when we 'boys' go out. I've had a dude grab my ass at a gay cowboy bar once (not as gay as you'd think...ha..ha) and on my way to the bathroom some 6'2 cowboy grabbed my fucking ass. Being a dude I found this pretty offensive. Anyway, my point is I was wearing a button up shirt that nite and shoes with no laces. Never again.
As far as RealMS situation goes...Why are you looking for love? Be selfish and do something you've always wanted to do but never really thought it was possible. You'll meet some dudes along the way no matter what, we're fucking everwhere. This is why so many girls, and boys are sad all of the time. "love isn't out there", "I'm too fat" lose some fuckin weight then. All I'm saying is live your life, don't worry about someone else's.
If that sounded like some Dr. Phil shit I'm jumping in front of a bus.

I think there are 2 types of prettyboys. The ones who have gay tendencies or the over-concieted, "stepped on my jays" ones. (which are the ones that I don't like.)
I don't let either one of them slide. I ain't the type to like prettyboys anyway. They get on my nerves.
