cheesy, I know...but I actually put effort into adding layers to the song selection.

to the best of my abilities, at least =P

we ended on a decent note, and i absolutely have no interest in getting back with her. my aim was just to make a unique yet accessible mix of songs while subliminally venting a few of my personal emotions (hudson track) and frustrations (mariah track) on our past relationship.

dope playlist, or did I try too hard and create a boring mix?


honest and/or sarcastic thoughts welcomed. honestly, i got baked like a mofo earlier and this just happened to be my 'creative project of the day.' =P

ahh i feel you. perhaps I shouldn't of mentioned that.

i make playlists as a hobby (in fact, I hope to dj one day) so that tends to be my primary way of expressing myself.

what if you were to disregard the fact that it was targeted towards an ex and was rather made as an "enjoyable playlist that you could cruise to in the car with your girl" kind of CD.

does it get a passing grade? =P

I don't think there's a problem with the meaning behind the music...and again, the music itself is fine. I guess I'm hung up on the fact that you made it for someone and you had a message directed at them...and that message had a "I love to hate you" undertone.

but again, if her feelings are reciprocated she might totally get it, and the lines of communication might open back up. you know her better than we do =]
