US Military Planning Suspension of Constitution

Want to see what the US gov't is planning in the event of a major terror attack on US soil?

Not only will a full on mideast war begin against both Iran and Syria, but the US constitution will be suspended as military law takes over.

All the details have been worked out already. So regardless of the TRUE source of such an attack (some presume the gov't will instigate it, itself), they would then have "the justification and ... opportunity ... to retaliate against some known targets" and an immediate full scale attack would occur against Iran and Syria.

But what's REALLY scary is how ALL AMERICANS will be put under martial law. Just imagine if this were to happen, say just before the next presidential elections... Sorry, we have martial law, elections are suspended and Bush & Cheney remain in power indefinitely, as long as the war goes on...

Warning this is SCARY SHIT! Esp. when you think of how desperate Cheney & Bush are becoming right now.

This has been in the works for decades though. It's nothing new. Go back to Rex 84, and that was back in the early 80's, where they openly talked about putting dissenting Americans in FEMA-run detention camps in the event of Martial Law.

Tommy Franks even admitted in an interview with Cigar Afficionado magazine back in '04, that if the US is attacked again, posse comitatus would be suspended, Martial Law would be declared, and the military would take over.

Most Americans don't know that the US has been under a de facto Martial Law since 1933.

So this didn't just come about weeks ago, or even years ago. It came about many DECADES ago, and ever since the government has been taking incremental steps towards full-blown totalitarianism.

I mean, why do you think they're building these FEMA camps all over the place and turning old warehouses and military bases into massive detainment centers, equipt with barbed wire facing in (instead of out)? Why do you think they're passing legislation like the Military Commissions Act and working to abolish habeus corpus?

Because they're getting ready for something big that is going to happen very soon!

Debaathification had to be the dumbest order in Military history ever given. Tent of CIA knew it, Hell, everyone in the CIA warned against doing it.If you think about it everyone in economical Infrastructure was either a Baathist or had a baathist in their family. Its Not like they had a real choice to be anything else under Saddam's dictating rule. So it would be Senseless not to allow a Country full of Baathist to work in Schools or rejoin the military. Espeically when they weren't even fond of saddam. Hence, how the current insurgency got created.

Militaries are built from the Top down (this takes a respected General.)Infrastructures are built from the Ground up. (this takes Economical factors) And going into Iraq we did not know we were going to set-up a Jeffersonian democracy, We had to rebuild it because they had no government, rules, or economy after saddam's outage.

Tent also points out Al-qeada looked to acquire nuclear weapons from Dr. A. Q. Khan. Al-qeada was harbored and trainning inside the northern part of iraq-- Supposedly without Saddam knowing. And us Spending way too long in Iraq looking for WMD's after flawlessly toppling saddam is a good reason for their destablization. In other words, We totally fucked it up staying too long, but that's what happens when you take a German spi code named CURVE BALL Infromation allow it in the NIE report, even though the CIA was highly against doing so, then have Powell Deliver it before the UN. It would have also helped if they used the NIE report that said "assess claims" not "definite claims" on biological, radiological, chemical, yellow cake, and WMD. Like tenet said they couldn't be 100% certain Saddam had WMD, but they all believed it. That's what happens when you take three weeks to throw together a NIE report instead of the required 3-6 months.

People like libby remind me of Robert Hanssen who was one of america's worst espionages ever. Bob Woodard takes things out of context in his books and trys to infer them, such as, Iraq is a SLAM-DUNK! Wrong, Tenet was not refering to IRAQ as a SLAM DUNK. He was replying to the president about getting some kind of a speech together for him to read to the nation. Tenet is a primary intelligence source setting the record straight. You can't get a better source than Tenet. In his chapter the threat matrix, he points out how coercion worked on high-value detainees which lead to the capture of more Al-qeada members. Tenet also address the whole CIA being renamed in honor of BUSH sir as mere nothingness.
