Yo, It aint worth it. Believe me. Most them fuckin Hadgis dont even want us there no more. Weve done more harm then good. Alot more - weve put a country with a bad dictator...and changed it into a war torn country with a shakey government and people who dont believe.
I was there for a year...We had this one house outside of the FOB that I stayed on. The insurgents where launchin mortars at us. They all missed the fob. 1 overshot us by a little bit, and hit a house. It blew of a 7 year old girls legs, she died 3 days later. The insurgents where Sunni, And so was that family. It diddn't matter...collaterall damage to them.

someone said to me that it could be 30 000? Perhaps it was propoganda coming from aljazeera tv and claiming a USA coverup of how many lives have been lost.
This video showed many hits by iraqi soldiers using roadside bombs in Iraq.

a new AP story estimates that civilian casualties were at about 34,500....just for the year 2006. That's three times the amount our government reported. That's 94 civilian deaths a day...

and civilian iraqi casualties are lower then all our other wars too.

I'd be more worried as to why your fatality rate is so high to begin with. It can't be very comforting seeing your army failing against some stone throwers equipt with pipe bombs and 40 year old russian RPGs.

Same with Afghanistan. Your causalties are nearly 10x's as many as Britians and were camped out in Hellmans, sharing body armour.
