^ Hand Jive's right but the main obstacle in not being successful in Hip Hop over there is if you're real 'n' rap about your true feelings, they won't feel it because they can't relate ... If you lie 'n' rap about the gangster elements in Hip Hop then why would they choose to listen to a forgeigner when they can listen to their own upcoming emcees saying just the same shit?

Personally, I'd tell you to stop aiming for America ... Everyone seems obsessed with breaking it but ask yourself why? You can be just as successful in your own country where the people who like you would respect you a lot more because you're 100% local 'n' live a similar life to them.

Nam Oneph takes it up the butt!
Basically, I'm feeling what Senór Temp said. I would like to add that radios and TVs have certain quotas they have to follow depending on the market they target. Based on that, I don't think there'll ever be a time when you'll hear foreign (non-english) rap on mainstream stations to the point where it will get significant airplay. Well maybe there'll be exception for spanish rap, as latino community is very significant in the USA and are making their ways into mainstream.
