Surprisingly, Chief Keef is on the list even though his major debut has already released. The rules use to be "Artist must NOT have a major debut" but guess shit changes. Here was my old list:

But, I would replace XV who isnt even on the list for God knows why with Keef. And Childish Gambino who also absent I'll replace with Gunplay. Or something along those lines.

@Phamous, can't view the list(dunno why). But regarding Childish, isn't he on his 2nd or 3rd album now? Maybe that disqualified him.

Dude is way dope tho, "Camp" was honest, witty, and fairly high skill level.
