good shit, wish I had memory like that. too much weed i guess. but i've always had a shitty memory.
anyway...
When they broke my nose, i sat out for a month and a half...maybe a little less...that messed me up to.... i'd be further along if it wasnt for that....
and during summer i was lifting 185....
my squat is low because, well, i took breaks from working legs.... i had a job where i needed my legs to not be sore at all because i was lifting shit upstairs and downstairs and thru awkward places...so i didnt want sore legs cause if i were to fall lifting big screen tvs and shit... oh noooo.
but im back on it.... i like squatting but i mean, thats one area where I wont fuck around and try to increase alot.... i probably can squat more but im still gettin the right form and i have been squatting lower then i ever have so I dont want to get any type of injury to my back or knees or anything. my legs are proportioned with my upper body but i do want them stronger.
