maaan my boy tried that fuckin horny goat shit.. lol he bought it at a fuckin gas station bro, for a dollar u know they have them samples hanging.. and he felt worse than if he wouldnt have taken em. prolly were expired or just flat out cheap shit made from sand and sugar

my friend bought some vitamins on sale at rite aid and then he told me man these vitamins are big he was taking those fat loss shits....and then i saw him taking one vitamin and i said damn that shit is big cuz...and all of a sudden i told him you know your take 3 pills at one time that shit is stuck together....he got those vitamins for like 1 99 they were closedata basically almost expired lol...that fool could have OD if i didnt see him.

stretches my dude, for some reason i read up on it a few months back ..do leg stretches everyday for 5 minutes, it said you could gain 3 inches or something ..
