I havent taken a creatine product in forever...since I am a non responder to monohydrate.

Well I bought this CEE called XCEED by designer supps supposedly this stuff is good.

I will be begging my work out next week hopefully the stuff will arrive in the mail by next week I already been lifting again after a long lay off so my body is adjusted so I can up my intensity level hopefully we will see some good gains with this stuff.

I will keep you guys posted on my progress.

Hmmmm Designer Supplement? How much did it cost you? I've never used anything by that company.

I appreciate how much you contribute to this forum, but do me a favor and keep all images out of the first post of threads. Should edit this one as well.

ya me either this will be the first time I got it on sale for like 29 bucks it runs around 50 bucks in store at vitamin shoppe.

I got it online. ill see how it goes

how come we cant post pics in the first post?
