do you guys use proper form or do you lift heavy weights and swing them because your embarrassed at the gym to be lifting a lighter weight with proper form>?

I think he's just misinformed.

If you look he's just going to the point where hes arms make a "L" shape then going back up. But he might want to make a few adjustments to his form and even do some DB bench presses because one side is obviously lacking.
