guys usually get big biceps to attract the ladies.
I rarely do curls too I can barely do the 30-35 pounds for reps as well...for fighting I stick to bench, squat, push ups and pull ups compounds.
I get a good bicep workout from doing back like chins and pull ups.
but now im getting in to biceps with preacher curls and such.
