that's how i'd describe it.

it's good. however, i'm uncertain as to whether it's good to take regularly.. especially in long term programs.

i used to take on lifting days, 4=5 timkes a week and said fuck it to off days.

it's good tho.. comparable product would be NOX-CG3 from xyience and theres a few others out there..
