i dont fuck with the decline really, it would help no doubt but my chest has got significantly bigger after a few months of just the regular and the incline

lol ya I never do DECLINE last time I did it I passed out cause the blood was going to my head that was scary.
I only do incline and regular.
the incline helps people with no middle chest or bird chest it puts meat in the middle of the chest and uper part thats the hardest to put muslce.
I always finish with dumbell flyes always.
