im lookin to build msucle, and i hear pyramid work good. so ill juss lsit 2 of my workouts i do now, and if any1 cud help id appreicate it.

CUrling - 30 pounds - 3 sets of 5-8 reps

CHest Press - 2 45 pound dumbells - 3 sets of 5-8 reps

so how wud i go about doin pyramids?

u should be curling more.

anyways pyramid would be like
doing ur max (say 135)

do 135

then say do 3 sets 120 6 reps each set
then do as many 100's as you can.

i dont pyramid. maybe i should, anways that ^ is what a friend of mine does.....i think.

lmao nah they just 2 example, i bench around 95-100 chill man lol, i do full workouts,

monday - legs, abs, shoulders

wednesday/thursday - chest, tricep

saturday - bicep, back
