do yall think its really safe on the heart, and that it's better than monohydrate?

I never got much out of monohydrate, CEE has helped me put on almost 20 pounds the last 2 months.

with cee, are your muscles bloated looking like monohydrate (cuz of water retention) or are your muscles hard?

im just tryin to be cautious about the health benefits of cee as well. any articles on the safety of it?

1 more question, cee is better absorbed powder form, as opposed to taking a pill, right?

Probably. Whenever I can I always take powder of whatever, fuck pills.

CEE is mainly in pill form I think....They work better but I stay away from them cause you have to take more then like 3 pills a day which is bad for the liver...

If you want a good muscle gainer get Swole v2 or s.a.n v12 those work well for creatine non respondents.

But use any supp with caution and make sure your healthy and have no pre existing health problems.

Yeah my CEE tastes like shit, I always mix it with a lil juice and take it down like a shot, washed down by 15 oz or so of water.

I think taking the powder is best I want to get primaforce CEE Its affordable and got good reviews.

they dont sell it at gnc and all the cEE and gnc are expensive.
