Hey I am an 18 year old male.

I’m not as manly as I would like to be.
Therefore I want to try to raise my testosterone levels naturally.
I tried google but all I get is ads for products and stuff.

So my mane question is..

Does sex and masturbation lower testosterone levels?

Not sure about masterbation or sex, it probably does but only for a short time....Wedding bands on the other hand...

stay away from anything affecting your testosterone. health is more important than a quick fix
