I've supplemented with it before, and I'm planning on picking some more up next week. Strengthens the immune system and it's supposed to help with protein metabolism. It's not that expensive so it wouldn't hurt to supp with it.

L glutamine does not make you stronger or no shit per se, but more than half of your skeletal structure is glutamine, so you will keep your bones healthy, and your bones are very important to your muscle and vice versa.

every article i've read about glutamine has nothing but good reviews of it ,as a matter of fact, i just got my own glutamine powder 4.5g and started using it. been on it for about 3 days so i cant really give any feedback yet
