Mix in some eggs with your diet. Scrambled eggs or an omelet 3 times a week and see if it gets better.
But it could be the matress too, or perhaps sleep apnia(?).
It's where the passage to your lungs gets blocked while you are sleeping and oxygen levels intaken decrease dramtically. Its hard to diagnoss because it occurs while you sleep. You can see a sleep doctor for that, they'll hook you up to a machine for a night and monitor your vital signs.
Normally it hits overweight people though, but youth is no barrier. Some of those lineman in college football suffer from it because of the bulk they carry around.
