So I just got my mass gainer

The bottle says that its only good for 10 servings (5 scoops) and each serving is either 830 calories with water or 1000 with skim milk.

Now I wanna take half a serving a day so that this lasts me 20 days.
So do you think I can see good gains in mass with 417 calories a day (With Milk) or 354 calories a day (With Water). I'm hoping im not cutting my self short by only taking half........but i figure I don't need 1000 calories a day plus what I'm eating.

if I was you I would only take the gainer after a workout and try to keep that shit around 300 calories and 30 grams of protein

i almost garauntee you if you kill down 500-800 calories at a sitting of weight gainer you'll waste it all away by taking a massive shit.. guraunteed.

and I notice I really like setting my alarm haflway thru my sleep, like 4-4.5 hours in and have a protein shake then.

Well I'm just gonna take half a serving a day 354 calories and I'll get like 23 grams of Protein each time i use it after i work out. for the rest of my portein ill use my whey protein from GNC.
it makes more sense to stack mass tech with cell tech then stackin nitro tech with cell tech

lol.. he doesn't know shit then. only if you're a nutcase about the gainer.. use the shit like a protein shake and you'll be fine.. don't live and die by weight gainer, you should be eating 5-7 times a day in smaller meals and keeping your metabolism up.

if you're keepig the calories to a minimum per serving with the gainer.. like I said about 300 AFTER workout.. I doin't see why you would gain much fat. keep the post-workout shake to about 30 grams of protein or so. I'm assuming you weigh about 180+.

and you're gonna get some fat anyways, if you're trying to BULK aka GAIN WEIGHT. it's not possible to bulk + get leaner at the same time in quantity, unless you're using drugs.

I don't even use just a basic whey protein... I honestly only use a gainer as my protein supplement... just use it wisely.

i got probs getting enough calories n shit so its good for just pilin on the calories, but i probly dont drink that shit as much as im supposed to
