How long do you work out for?

I mean, how long is each session?

If I get up early enough in the morning, I will work out hard for about 30 minutes. In the evening I work out for about an hour or so, but it's real relaxed.

I was told at the gym I wasn't doing enough. but the boxers I know and from what I read online, after about 20 minutes (hard lifting) your body starts to do something or other that limits muscle growth...

I try to keep it under an hour.. 45-55 minutes usually. almost always. just REAL intense.

I read that after 45 minutes you go catabolic (cannibalize muscle)

but then again I don't know, last night on chest/tri day I had to have been in the gym for almost an hour and a half lifting. no breaks. time fucking flew for some reason, I don't know wtf happened. I was still super pumped..

Depending on how long I warm up, how long I rest in between sets, and how long I have to wait for a machine etc.

Same as above. Bout an hour, usually slightly over, with breaks. Plus I know all of the workouts that I want to do, but I don't have a set plan (in order to keep my workouts fresh), so there's always a few extra seconds in there figuring out what I'm gonna do next.

My home sessions are all 45 mins each. My gym sessions usually run about an hour or so because Im always getting distracted. Its just something about girls doing decline situps in cute little sweat shorts.....
