today is mondays , i got up sunday morning starting my diet ,.I got up early in the morning , and ran around my basement for 30 minutes some joggin , some sprinting ..saturday i wieghed in i was 247 , the scale say's 243 now , ...

Tommorow i will be hittin gnc up for a bottle of hot-rox , i will be takin them , and waking up 3 times a week (mon,wed,fri) and working out for a hour str-8 ,..
includin , joggin/sprinting , working on gettin rid of my man boob's , gettin rid of my gut , loosin facial fat , and obtaining smaller leg's ,....

If any body got any suggestion , they would be gratefully appreciated ,




also i will be mixing this diet with the weed diet ,,,,a blunt after everyworkout...

the reason i ran around my basement is because my treadmill trippin ,..

the movein mat will stop movin , but the spinner's keep spinnin , it's crazy..

sounds like you got a good plan. just eat a clean diet also and you should be good to go with major cardio.

you're certainly doing your cardio at the right time. first thing in the morning is the best.

you should try running outdoors instead of in your basement. turning corners in an enclosed area like that will cause you to burn less calories and use up more energy as you have to propel yourself at each corner of the basement. unless you got one big ass basement.

lol...i couldn't imagine running laps in my basement, but glad to see you doing something...if i were you, i would concentrate more on diet right now, since you are having trouble doing cardio

yea thats true , i bust my shit twice turnin corners , i'ma start joggin around this big as loop down the street , its a circle of houses with a street on the outside , perfect for running , 2 laps would be like a mile....
and i'ma be going to gnc when i go pick my check up to copp the hot-rox......

the best thing i like about my diet/workout routine is the blunt afterwards ,,,it's nothin liek sweatin hella thc out , then refilling with fresh ,,omg!!! i cant wait till i workout tommorow yo....

I'm telling you, this Hot-rox shit is gonna work great to improve body-composition relatively quickly.

MUST BE USED with diet and good training regimen tho.

I've seem some great before/after's (REAL results, not magazine results) and a lot of suggestions from pro trainers.. i want before/after's... cause when I decide to cut a bit, I intend to use it. maybe earlier cause its anabolic causing while burning fat. so you can still gain muscle while on it..

thats wasup , i exercise 3 times a week for an hour str-8 ,(mon,wed,fri)..-

But yo , is it any side affects from hot-rox ,, i took my frist pill a couple hours ago , and i just been feeling angry as hell for no apparent reason........


But i hope this hot-rox deal does workout , i told yall my workout schedule above if its anything wrong tell me...

As far as dieting , i just eat a hotdog everythree are four hours , but i dont eat shit after 8:00pm now , cause i felt what dude was saying about my metabolism when i sleep.......
If hotdogs aint good , give me an example of a small meal i can make , cause it aint shit here foreal but hotdogs , flaming hot cheetos , and a half bottle of henny ...

But i mostly just get a small snack when my gut start rumblin.....

how you gonna buy a 40 dollar supplement product and have NO GOOD FOOD to eat.

there's like 3 threads about diets/foods/etc in this forum alone...

head to bodybuilding.com if you need info on a good fat loss plan/diet, I'm sure they have like a thousand of them.

you need to eat clean man. spend money on food before supplements. snag a multi-vitamin also next time you go to GNC.. and some basic protein powder.

this morning i moved my dosage amount to 2 pills instead of 1 , cause this is the third day......

i took two pills this morning (i'll take another 2 tonight) , after that i worked out for 30 min's str-8 , jogged on treadmill for 20mins then got on the jump rope for like 5 mins then the rest was walking , and the whole time i had a 15pound weight around my waist.......Now i fell a little light headed , funny feeling going on inside..as far as wieght loss i see little minut changes , but now i upped to 2 pills instead of 1 im pretty sure i'll be seeing ••••• results.......

But on the muscle side ,.My workout routine goes mon,wed,fri cardio for an hour str-8 , and then on tues,thurs i'll throw some weight training in....And i must admit i am gettin more cut , around the shoulder's, biceps , i still got the gut and my man boobs ,.But the other day i'm looking in the mirror like damn!!!!! , a nigga shoulders lookin right , now all i gotta do is loose this damn gut&titties..

But i am seeing results , i'm not disspointed.....
