btw, it ran me 200 for a bench with leg attachments and another 150 for full olympic bar and weights.


so 350 out the door and you'd have a full bench + enough to start legs.


I have no idea how much a squat rack costs.


at home, fuck, I only have push up bars and dumbells to 60 lbs for when I'm bored and wanna watch my arms get bigger.

I've got a bench at home, and a Weider machine, and some dumbbells.. My friend's dad has an olympic bench, squat rack, and 4 or 5 other devices with about 3 olmypic weight sets that he doesn't touch anymore. So I may cop those for a deal, or just go get the membership at the 24 hour Peak Fitness near me, haven't decided which route I'm going yet. Leaning more towards the gym, unless I get a real nice deal on the olympic shit my friend has.

I'm doing strength exercising right now.

So it's 6 reps 6 sets

Right now for benchin I'm doing...

245 lbs. 6 reps 6 sets

On the 5th and 6th set on Mon. I could only do them shits 5 and 4 though.

I think I raised by Max to 285 though, I'll see at the end of the month.

I love working traps.. it's kinda the coolest visible muscle, IMO. here's some:

upright rows
behind the back barbell shrugs
wide grip barbell shrugs
front barbell shrugs
side dumbell shrugs

overhead pressing movements will work the traps too, but more secondary.

my workout is to build strength speed and flexibility for next years football season...
i change up all my exercises but i mainly do Bench Press,Squats, and deadlift variations and some supplemental exercises...im not a bodybuilder and dont work out like one i workout more like a powerlifter with some alterations

monday - upper body
chest,,back, and core work
wednesday - lower body
quads,glutes,hamstrings
friday - Dynamic Effort upper body
chest,back,triceps and shoulders, and core work
on this day i only do 60% of 1 rep max going for barspeed for benchpress...8 sets of 2 reps but everything else is regular
