Yeah losing the abs does suck... but you know if you train them hard, they are still there and you can see them just not cut up.
I mean dependant on how cut up you wanna get, it's only like 1-3 months and a change in diet to really get there... it's NOT that long of a time frame to cut.
about form, form is most important... having full control of the weight and be feeling the full movement and not be just throwing it up or bouncing it... like for example a side lateral or any delt work with dumbells..
I don't know what these guys do for exercises.. seems like everyone is concerned with benching and weight. but any pro will tell you, it's not the weight, it's how the exercise is performed such as pausing and contraction.
