50 Cent is probably on steriods, I don't see how he can mantain that body with all the shit he does, he probably doesnt have half the work ethic of LL but anyway.

Just to clear something up, Just because you lift as much as 50 cent doesn't mean you will look like him. Genetics play a roll and 50 looks horrible with his gyno chest and jelly roll abs, IMO.

I'm not sure what 50 cent lift, nor do i care. That shouldn't matter, worry about yourself. Thats the first mistake newbs make.. they worry about other niggas to much and they end up injuring themselves trying to mimic them, lifting weights that are way to heavy for them.
I know that Nelly benches like 270, and he looks pretty good (no homo) but then again he probably has his own personal fitness trainer who tells him what to do.


and You can lift 100 lbs on what exercise?... there are literally hundred a and hundreds of exercises; be specific.. I'm taking you mean the bench press? since thats what all newbs do and you damn well aint curl 100 lbs.
How much do you weigh? You should be able o ATLEAST bench you weight. Since you just starting you will see huge gains in your bench press in the first 2-3 months. The human body adapts pretty nicely, its quite remarkable. Just stay consistant, you should be in gym atleast 3 days a week working your whole body legs, biceps, triceps, chest, abs, back, shoulder, traps, etc. Eat & sleep well. Lift hard and you'll be good.

Actually P-Haze.

If he does his full body every day like me.

He should do it on Monday and Friday.

I used to do it Monday Wednesday and Friday full body but it tired me out.

So i just do extra hard on Monday and Friday now.

You're supposed to do it something like 80%/60%/80% split so it won't tire you out.

or

You can do staright bars/barbells on Mondays and Fridays and Dumbbells exrcises only on Wednesdays so that you are targeting your stabilizer muscles, and you'll be ready to go on Friday.

If you still tired try drinking gatorade while workout and making sure you get enough to eat and sleep.

Okay.. I do ALL of my muscles in 1 day.

Not no split shit like Chest and Triceps one day and Biceps and Shoulders the next.

I like getting my shit done.

I have to take my break.

48 hours to recover your muscles.

It's helped me to rest cuz my weight's gone up.

When I say split, I meant it as in terms of maximal effort.

On Mondays and Fridays you do 80% of your maximal effort and Wednesdays you do 60% of your maximal effort.

So in that way, you CAN do a FULL body workout and still recover.

doesnt matter if you can do 100 or 1000.. you arent in tough man.. so it doesnt matter.. its just for bragging rights.

you go too heavy like a lot of these kids, youre going to hurt yourself in the long run..
