50 Cent is probably on steriods, I don't see how he can mantain that body with all the shit he does, he probably doesnt have half the work ethic of LL but anyway.
Just to clear something up, Just because you lift as much as 50 cent doesn't mean you will look like him. Genetics play a roll and 50 looks horrible with his gyno chest and jelly roll abs, IMO.
I'm not sure what 50 cent lift, nor do i care. That shouldn't matter, worry about yourself. Thats the first mistake newbs make.. they worry about other niggas to much and they end up injuring themselves trying to mimic them, lifting weights that are way to heavy for them.
I know that Nelly benches like 270, and he looks pretty good (no homo) but then again he probably has his own personal fitness trainer who tells him what to do.
and You can lift 100 lbs on what exercise?... there are literally hundred a and hundreds of exercises; be specific.. I'm taking you mean the bench press? since thats what all newbs do and you damn well aint curl 100 lbs.
How much do you weigh? You should be able o ATLEAST bench you weight. Since you just starting you will see huge gains in your bench press in the first 2-3 months. The human body adapts pretty nicely, its quite remarkable. Just stay consistant, you should be in gym atleast 3 days a week working your whole body legs, biceps, triceps, chest, abs, back, shoulder, traps, etc. Eat & sleep well. Lift hard and you'll be good.
