N-Large is THE shit... i was blendin that shii all summer and put on 10 pounds in like 4 weeks.. I dont fucc with the Creatine ever since my boi used it and started breakin out acne all ova his face and shii... I've been liftin without the shakes for a couple months now and It's obvious that them things increase your muscle mass and strength immensely.

I mean when i was takin the N-Large shii i was movin my bench up like 10 pounds every week... And I benched EVERY day.. so over the course of a month i went from a max of like 200 to around 260... which is a lot seein as i only weigh 180 my damn self.. Im prolly going to get back on it ASAP cuz the temperatures are risin and the short sleeves are about to start reappearin..
