Weight gainer - meal replacement
im trying to make a meal replacement shake that is high in calories
peanut butter
eggs
oats
scoop of protien
milk
anything else i should add? dont really care about taste.

yeah EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) is great on the label but its not so much drinking it thats tough its having it in your stomach, just makes me feel naseaus. so i dont drink it at least not often
get a gainer shake, add all those things to it.
put bacon on your burger.

Make yourself some nut butters bro...that way your shake varies in flavors and textures instead of just tasting like PB. I got walnut, almond and PB in the fridge now that I made myself...added various flavors such as Cinnamon and vanilla to em as well.
6 total table spoons of nut butters
Fruit...banana, various berries.
Yogurt...greek or regular plain...total shit though no reduced fat
Whole Milk
Favorite Protein Powder
Done.

Those shakes don't work. Your body will only absorb so much of it and the rest you will just shit or piss out. Why are you trying to put on calories? If you are looking just to have a meal replacement, you are better off just going to McDonalds and getting a large choc shake. They have more calories that any gnc store shit would have. I put on 40lbs just by eating a large fry and large shake for lunch everyday for 1 month and eating a decent dinner. Yeah my blood pressure shot the hell up from the salt but i did put on the weight

1 cup oats (soaked in milk in fridge beforehand)
2 tbsp Natty PB
1 scoop protein powder (ON cookies and cream)
1 tbsp honey
lot of milk
Shit is amazing.
And yes olive oil is mostly all fat, but it's healthy fat.

yes, it is 100% fat all fats are not created equal
its polyunsaturated or something to that extent.
its actually really good for you and even bears a symbol from the surgeon general or some such stating it helps reduce heart attacks.
so again, theres a difference between the stuff that drips off of a mcdonalds burger patty versus stuff like avocado, walnuts, and fish.
