what type of free shit do you guys get w/ your purchases from BBing.com?

my last order came with some Muscletech protein sample that claimed to be like 9,000x more androgenic than whey protein or something, some pre-workout shit - also from muscletech and 6Hour Energy.

the 6 hour energy stuff is actually pretty good, had one this morning and i was in a great mood all day up until late evening. the pre-WO stuff, idk nothing noticeable and its probaly bunk.

I think it's great how they do that.

I got a Monster Milk sample one time. I remember getting some fat burner that I threw away.

I recently got a peanut butter muscle brownie (like a protein brownie) that tasted pretty damn good.

Today actually I received a new order and it had samples of Muscletech's protein sample and their pre-workout called Myo-Shock. I plan to try both.

Nope.. No 6hour energy in there. Did you use the full serving of Myo-shock?

I used the full serving, and I'd say I'd need to use it continuously to see how much effect it has over a longer term. But for my first time it wasn't bad. What could I expect for one workout though. It has the equivalent of 4 cups of coffee tho, I'm already feeling tired.

Kind of expensive at $50 for 20 servings. I'm still voting Universal's Shock Therapy as it gives you 50 servings for around $35. And is bar none best value and works great IMO.

i alwasy get free stuff and i just buy a little bit i just leave thema nice ltiitle now telling them im a fellow miscer and i will ruin there life and neg the shit outta them if i dont get my free samples works everytime except i never get anything from the florida warehouse
