if you say this shit is easy then you arent doing it correctly or you are a straight up bullshitter....Or you could be extremely fit....but i doubt its the last one because these workouts will put you at the pinnacle of fitness if you throw yourself into it, and i highly doubt there is anyone on RM who is near the level of fitness this gives you..
