id rather have lots of muscle with some fat over it like 210 with 10-12% bf than be 140 pounds ripped.
besides, everyone knows its easier to lose fat than build muscle. so if youre going to cut a lot of weight just make sure you arent going to turn into a pencil neck afterwards. maybe try a bulk/cut cycle, i dont know much about them but they seem to be effective so do some research.
