your chest also seems to be coming in good. my chest doesnt grow in that way and im pissed about it..or maybe im just not lean enough to tell..idk lol.

actually, here is probably the best representation of my back...the other shots made it look a little bigger than it was since they were closer...
and my chest is quite small...i think it looks full because that is just the angle of the picture in the ab shot...i have a long way to go for everything...after losing the weight....i now know what i need to work on...my lats are a lot smaller than i thought...
im stepping up all the intensity in my program now that i am eating more, so hopefully in 8 weeks I will have some more impressive progress...

i dont mean that your chest is big i just mean the way its coming in is good, it l looks when your chest does develop to where you want it itll look good.
im a big fan of the deadlift, do you incorporate it in your routines? if not you should really add either deads or rack pulls because they do amazing things and would bring your back and forearms out very nicely.
when you work on your hamstrings do some romanian deadlifts also, they really bring out the erectors and again they hit your forearms and improve hand strength which will help you in the deadlift and with pullups.

actually, i have been neglecting deadlifts...but, i am not far from a 2x bodyweight deadlift....yesterday, i did 335x1 and then jumped to 365 but failed...i need to do some work sets in the 315-335 range...
hamstrings are definitely the weak link...so yeah, lots of romanians

so far, i have gained 11lbs...i weigh 194 right now..
it seems like i figured everything out right now...i have made a lot of mistakes in training this past year....but, now i know what i need to do...
4 weeks ago, i could only deadlift 335...Friday, i deadlifted 385x1...i tried 405, but i couldn't get it off the ground...

yeah, i do. I think its because i played a lot of one armed dominant sports like baseball. so now, my left side is weaker than my right. my left scapula was starting to wing, but ive been fixing it, and It should be fixed in a couple of months.

what are you doing to correct it? i have a shoulder problem too where my left sits a little lower than my right.

honestly, i dont know enough to tell you exactly what to do...
But, I am doing lots of seated rows, seated face pulls, and external rotations...i also think shrugs might help, but i am not so sure about that...i do it anyway though
the other thing is that i would probably do some more Dumbbell work...working the limbs without a fixed bar seems to fix a lot of imbalances...

bench 195x3 to 205x5
squat - 275x1 to 285x5(only trained for 4 weeks)
deadlift - 335x1 to 395x2
push press - 125x3 to 155x4
yeah the arms are not getting bigger...i might add a tricep day
