another running question

bought a simple treadmill from wallgreens and i need to know how fast i should be running, how many calories i should burn with running and how far i should be running...

im thinking 2 miles before sets and 2 miles after sets, maybe 2 in the morning 2 at noon and 2 in the evening.. i want to be in good cardio shape, got 6 hour power drink cuz i dont think i have the energy for this yet i just started working out again 5 months ago after a 3 year hiatus.

one question what if my heart rate speeds up is sthat good..? thats a stupid question cuz i think it is.. i used to get worried when it started beating fast

40 pounds in 5 weeks...wow...eat fruit for breakfast....eat things like eggs and grits...if u eat things like burgers or sausage make sure they are turkey...


burn about 1000 calories a day and make sure ur intake is about 2000 and you will definitely lose atleast 15-20 pounds minimum if you dont cheat on your exercise and eat the right foods

if you eat around 1000 calories a day isnt your body set to burn that much automatically, 20 is decent if i loose that ill be happy, i kind of get confused with cardio cuz the idea is to swet and keep your heart rate up.. i can do that with a basic pushup, or during a athletic activity..

in a month and 20 days ill be 202 if i burn 3000 calories a day ( or on a 5 day a week workout schedule )

ill have a good lengthly run maybe on sunday tho to worm up for my next week

i bought some stacker 2 products today to cut back on calories i dont really care about suger but these products are suger free..ill will bulk back up to 235

202 will be major skinny for me

i can probally eat solid foods after i loose this can i as long as i burn the calories back off? i want that weight to be steady so i can bulk up in my lower and upper body i dont really want big ass arms tho, i just maybe want a significant bulge so people can notice my gains

its supposed to speed up...that's the point of cardio (to work the heart)

my bpm is anywhere from 140-160 when I do cardio..anything over that is probably too much.

*I am not a health expert this is just my personal experience*

as far as the eating....work on eating 5 small meals a day. that will keep you properly fueled throughout the day and keep your metabolism going fast.

and remember...if you eat the right foods...you can eat TONS and only gain the good stuff (muscle mass). people mess up by eating junk food and whatnot...you can't overdose on drinking plenty of water, eating your veggies...and lean meats/fish.

well according to this calculator if i continue at this rate in 6 months i will way nothing so i will either have to start eating more or exercising less..im looking for low calorie foods right now so my deficit won't be too outrages right now if i intake 1000 calories per day id have to burn 3000 to reach my goal.. im wanting under 1000 calories a day i know chicken noodle soup is good on calories, as well as cereal.. i like captain toasted crunch.. the best cereal imo.. and oatmeal is low on calories to.. i think i mite get those muscel tech vitamins tho so i wont feel hungry

as far as eating...calories don't mean shit....a person generally takes in the amount of calories they need to function *unless u look like a twig*

just make sure you eat healthy foods and u won't have to worry about counting all that bullshit....

get a damn george forman grill...and grill all your meats on that. eat plenty of veggies and fruits...drink tons of water. there's your damn diet. and cut out candy. it can't be any simpler than that.

also try to eat fish and nuts whenever possible.
