well if all you are concerned about is losing weight at this point then I suggest you do cardio only....5-7 days a week.
swimming, running, eliptical, biking, and play basketball for hours with your boys....
plus the good thing about cardio is that you can do it every day without problems. make sure to drink tons of water...even if you aren't thirsty just drink a glass or 2.
600 calories is rediculously low btw...especially if you plan on running MILES. you probably won't have the energy to do so with that little intake. just my opinion. trust me I tried that barely eat anything shit and it DOES NOT WORK. you need to fuel yourself period.

not really chicken noodle soup and turkey is feeling for me and it aint even tole food matter of fact chicken noodle soup is 108 calories and a regular turkey sandwich is about 200 calories...
im used to eating that cuz id get it when i was low on money
if i burn 3000 calories per day ill be down to 200/mo 20days and the calculator said id weight nothing at this rate in 6 months, so im going to gain weight plus muscel when im done
wheres that running interval sheet that was posted in another thread ima have to burn this off during the day

4 hours is pretty impressive, thats all i have time for anyway, i think 4 hours is extremely good for cardio
i think i can burn about 4000 calories in that time regular cardio is just boring maybe it will be more fun if i can challenge my self, so if i can burn 4000 i can eat a pretty filling 1000 calories meal? 3000 per day for a month and 20 days will turn me into a whole new person

how is 4 hours of cardio not impressive? pfft
matter of fact thats over doing it imo
i work 6 hours a day and only have that time in the rest of the time i need to sleep
i could probably bangout over 14 miles in that time frame thats almost 4000 calories if i pace my self right
this will probably be pushing exhaustion as it is
not to mention weight lifting cuz muscle dose burn fat.. i only do that for about 20-30 mins only 3 days a week because i am only focusing on loosing weight i will worry about bulking up when i loose the weight.
wtf i just found out 600 calories would be unhealthy for me or slow my metabolism down, i should intake 1500 calories and burn 3,500 calories per week to be on the safe side sense they said you should only burn 1-2 pounds per week... so dose this sound about right if my weekly calorie burn is 3,500 thats one pound of fat i loss for that week? i thought you had to loose that per day but guess not.
i got a bf% monitor today from amazon and a calorie consumption monitor, im loosing weight mainly so my abs will show then im going to sculpt them
