dose grippers really improove # of reps

or not much can i live without them? im doing pretty good on my own my hands only start hurting after 25 reps an i break for a few secs to rest them then i start again.. but i will be adding more weight so i should probably get some good gloves

It just helps with your grip that's probably why you are calling them grippers...Now if they come with a button that injects some steriods directly in your system then over time they will improve your reps but that's reaching out on a limb with that one.

Only if you have poor grip and tend to slip. I never had the problem though.. it would help on the deadlift because thats where grip comes to play for most people.

i used to do knuckle pushups till i got tired of them for develop a good grip i kind of stopped those sense i got my bench and treadmill i also joined a gym but aint going to stay only joined to sculpt my abs

you shouldn't worry so much about reps man.

just get in there and work your hardest.

if you want more reps then use lighter weights.

I swear people in general worry about the wrong shit. just worry about getting a good workout...not how many reps you do lol.

don't be one of those people who count every single thing they do in there. the best thing you can do is keep switching weights and exercises so your body doesn't get used to doing the same stuff all the time. that includes not only weightlifting but cardio exercises and all sports aswell.

buy a captains of crush gripper...buy one that is weaker...like the sport or trainer...

for some reason i have real good grip strength...with the COC grippers you need to train them just like any of other exercise...i only train them twice a week...i closed the #1 10 times 2 days ago...so, i will probably try and improve that to 3 sets of 10 reps...and then move on to the #2 coc gripper(hopefully by feb)...
