Lower Body Workout?
Yeah, so I just started going back to the gym after a 2 year hiatus and was rusty as fuck, which is expected, but i just started doing upper body yesterday, mostly dumb bells flat bench, incline, etc...
Tomorrow, I plan to do some lower body, and I'll probably be the only one doing it by the way, but that's where I need help about a legit sweat-inducing workout. So far, I'm going to do some below-parallel Squats, Calf-Raises, weighted Dips, I just need help finishing the workout, which should last me about 45 minutes to an hour. Any help would be appreciated.
