Lower Body Workout?

Yeah, so I just started going back to the gym after a 2 year hiatus and was rusty as fuck, which is expected, but i just started doing upper body yesterday, mostly dumb bells flat bench, incline, etc...

Tomorrow, I plan to do some lower body, and I'll probably be the only one doing it by the way, but that's where I need help about a legit sweat-inducing workout. So far, I'm going to do some below-parallel Squats, Calf-Raises, weighted Dips, I just need help finishing the workout, which should last me about 45 minutes to an hour. Any help would be appreciated.

45 minutes is too long to focus on just your legs...make it 20 minutes and take 20 second breaks and get through it faster...youll see better results

why are you doing dips for lower body?

dont forget the hamstrings either.

also keep your squats in higher rep ranges (around 20 or so)
