Shit man I blew $100 on supps today.

Granted, it's for 2 months for the most part. One will last only a month and the other will last about 7 months. Nothing like a bunch of money invested to really put your nose to the grindstone huh? I hate having to spend these kind of amounts, but at the same time I'm always satisfied when my supplements come in. This time I'm particularly excited because I'm going on IMO the best regimen I've ever tried.

The supplements I purchased are aimed at enhancing liver function, as boring as that is. But- And this is a huge but (just like I like them), it's also aimed at maximizing endogenous production of nitrous oxide as well as antioxidant protection for that NO. I'm just going to list everything I take with my new ones in bold.

ZMA (Just good all around must take. Increases test substantially)
DIM (Ensures that said testosterone stays just that)
Fish Oil (Must take. Thins out the blood, enhances digestion)
Evening Primrose Oil (More fatty acids)
Vitamin C (Boring old antioxidant)
Tribulus Terrestris (conflicting studies as far as increasing test. TBH it was like 200 pills for $19.99 so I said why not?)
Glutamine (post-workouts, preserves muscle)
Arginine AKG (converted to Nitrous Oxide in the body)
Glisodin (endogenously boosts SOD (particularly protects NO), gluthione and catalase production)
Milk Thistle(enhances liver function)
N- Acetyl Cysteine (enhances liver function and production of gluthione)
Raw Natural Cacao Powder (IMO the key. Rich in antioxidants, calcium and magnesium. Insanely increases endogenous Nitric Oxide production)
Pomegranate Extract (antioxidant, protects NO)
Grape Seed, Green Tea & Red Wine extract (more antioxidants)
Folic Acid (promotes cardiovascular health)
Alpha Lipoic Acid (another antioxidant)

All in all it comes out to about $100 a month which I don't think is too bad. $25 a week ain't bad at all. And I'll be boosting NO while essentially detoxing. And what does that mean? Gains in lean muscle. With this program I will pretty much get jacked with minimal effort and maximal performance. I will easily put on quality muscle while shedding fat pretty easy. Keep in mind that my diet is pretty clean and that helps too.

It's going to be great

I've been spending about 250 per month on supps lately. I've got a good stock of everything though.

Here's what I've ordered the past couple months....

MAN Clout creatine blend (has tons of positive feedback, should be coming tomm)
Phosphatidylserine powder (nootropic and proven to reduce cortisol release)
MSM (for joints)
Glucosamine (joints)
Chondroitin (joints....my knees have been killing)
L-Glutamine powder (Ben's favorite lol....I used to take this years ago and miss it)
Piracetam powder (nootropic, increases left-right brain communication)
Phenibut powder (calming nootropic)
Acetyl L-Carnitine powder (nootropic... potential to decrease chance of alzheimers)
Cissus Quadrangularis powder (joints and a slight anabolic effect)
Alpha-GPC powder (studies show intake increases GH levels, also a nootropic)
Blue Up (natural test booster)
5lb ON Whey Cookies N Cream
2.5lb Muscle Milk strawberry banana
Fish oil

Some of the above is pretty pricey, but whenever I can I buy in bulk powder I do, and then it's a bit cheaper.

Which ones? I've never seen fish oil in any test boosting supps or "penis enlargement" pills.

Yeah trib is pretty cheap to not give it a go, I've also read that avena sativa and longfolia jack are very effective at increasing test production.

I had never even heard of DIM until you mentioned it, but now I'm reading up on it.

LOL, you milk drinkers have it made. My body can't take the milk, so I'll never have the joy of drinking Cookies and Cream or Strawberry Banana shakes.

250 per month? That's a lot. Really. I mean, I spend total, about $100 per month and I think that's a lot. Especially considering I've never heard of most of them things you listed. What's up with so much emphasis on nootropics and joints? Especially with how the weather's been? Though to be fair, if I had protein powders and creatine, my expenses might really get out of hand.

I need chromium myself, to help stabilize blood sugar and have a few other things I saw. 5 HTP, sublingual B6 and B12 of note. Shouldn't you focus more on vitamins and minerals as opposed to isolated compounds? I know I have DIM there but it's for a specific purpose. Unless you're really worried about cognitive function I suppose.

Yeah that sucks man, ON Whey's Cookies N Cream is the best protein powder I've ever had. Thrown in the blender with some oats, honey, natural peanut butter and olive oil and you have a taste of HEAVEN.

What do you mean with the how the weather's been? .... Emphasis on joints because my knees have been really hurting the past couple months and they have NEVER hurt like they do now, so I'm just going to blast my body with joint pain alleviating supps and hope it does the trick(til I get some health insurance, then an MRI will be in order if shit doesn't change). Some of the stuff I buy isn't as well known but they're fairly popular among bodybuilding crowds and there's solid science behind everything I purchase.

I've got a good multivitamin and bottles of b5, b12, vit c, vit E, etc.... I've got a big nootropic stack because ever since I cut off marijuana(1 year ago) it seems as if my memory retention and recall has been lacking. Nootropics just really interest me so I went on a cognitive enhancing supplement purchasing blitz in November.

Steve, regarding your joint problems, I was referring to the random warm weather we've been having. I bet I can tell you you're problem. Too much heavy lifting wears down the cartiledge, especially in the knees. What with squatting, deadlifts, cleans, etc. To remedy your problem, you need to incorporate light workouts, maybe even bodyweight exercises. Lightweight exercise stimulates the production of cartiledge.

That's why I like to get in a concentration workout for a given body part maybe every 5th or 6th time. So that's about once a month for each body part. I know it sucks to not really be able to lift. But on the plus side, you get to work on focus which I feel is pretty key too. Focusing on contraction as well as things like plyometrics are great. You get to work on power as well as improving contraction strength, intensity and definition. It's also a welcome break from that intense soreness.

I'm assuming that's what your problem is anyways, so I could be way off.

You guys are wasting you money.

They are not even FDA approved substances which means they can make any false claims they want.

The said thing is, you waste all you money on this and you probably still look average.. but hey.. if you have the money, use it.

I don't know because I've been actually doing less leg work the past couple months, so it's not making sense. I was going to start incooperating 100 squats and 100 pushups using bodyweight on my off days anyway though so maybe it will help.

Surge is wayyy too expensive, you can just buy some bulk mato, dextrose, and whey to make your own PWO shake.

I probably spend around 350 a month on groceries.

That's where Pub Med comes in. I don't buy anything unless there are studies to back it up and it has received plenty of positive feedback.

I don't usually spend 250 a month on supps, just the past couple. I usually buy in bulk and just stock up on shit that will last me for long periods of time.
