I'm like Cam'ron..."Fuck losin' weight"
LOL...nah but yo! I started my cut back in the winter, lookin back I prolly started too early actually...I went from 205 and I'm currently floating around 179-182. I toned up nice, can see my abs, more definition every where and yadda yadda...BUT! It's not all its cracked up to be. On top of that I think I lost a little too much.
I want my muscle back! lol...I figure now that I've lost all the fat I'm going to lose without going completely overboard or some Nicole Richie shit...I'm gonna start bulking...in June.
My question lies here tho...if I bulk clean as hell...I mean, only lean meats, fish, chicken etc...will I still keep the toned look? Anyone have any tips on keeping some definition while I gain so I don't get the bowling ball look, all round and shit.
I figure if I keep the cardio in my routine...just reduce it by like 50% or so...I'll stay lean...
