LOL...nah but yo! I started my cut back in the winter, lookin back I prolly started too early actually...I went from 205 and I'm currently floating around 179-182. I toned up nice, can see my abs, more definition every where and yadda yadda...BUT! It's not all its cracked up to be. On top of that I think I lost a little too much.

I want my muscle back! lol...I figure now that I've lost all the fat I'm going to lose without going completely overboard or some Nicole Richie shit...I'm gonna start bulking...in June.

My question lies here tho...if I bulk clean as hell...I mean, only lean meats, fish, chicken etc...will I still keep the toned look? Anyone have any tips on keeping some definition while I gain so I don't get the bowling ball look, all round and shit.

I figure if I keep the cardio in my routine...just reduce it by like 50% or so...I'll stay lean...

diet is #1, i would go on a bodybuilding site because i along with most other people here wont have the energy or time to type up everything thats good or bad and what to do.

a lot of people will tell you to cut out or minimize cardio when gaining weight. FUCK that. cardio is always most important. keep doing the cardio and lifting hard, i have so much info but its kind of time consuming and energy wasting to type it all out now, you gotta be more specific.
