Help plz
ok i wanna lose body fat cuz ive been running a lot and doing a lot of crunches and i feel that my abs are real toned and hard when supposedly flex them lol. Only problem is that u cant see them, so im perplexed its either the food i eat or my body fat cuz i used to be a lil chubby b4 i started working out. So plz help me make my abs visible!

Abs are made in the kitchen. You have to get your body fat percentage down low, it's the only way to make your abs visible.

A lot of it has to do with genetics, for some its much harder to get abs than others. Me personally I would never eat anything but fast food for about 2 years and still had an 8 pack jus because i did crunches twice a week. Other people I know do crunches and situps daily and eat healthy yet jus cannot have toned abs. You might just be one of those people.
Heres what I can suggest to you though. Only do them for 1 minute, see how many crunches you can do in a minute about 3 times a week. If you're good it should be around 100 (I was doing around 120). That short period of intense abdominal workout a few times a week will do you more good than doing situps after every workout like some people do. Try it out and see.

ok kool i did about 90 crunches in a mintue but thats cuz i havent worked out in 2 months i was letting my body rest for the upcoming training. Hopefully this will work out. \
In the mean while anybody have another tips on losing body fat? ei drinking a lot water, eating salads all the time, anything! Well peace for now. |

go find a diet plan if you're really serious. make your own using my sticky thread.
then... change your workout....do a full body workout 3 times a week and go hard. keep runnin, keep drinking alot of water.... and have patience... for men, abs is the LAST place you lose fat from and the first place you gain fat. it takes alot of discipline.... believe me, i've been trying for the whole summer to get the six pack and it'll probably take me another two months if it's even possible at all for me to get a six pack that shows all the cuts and stuff.... also look up h.i.i.t cardio, it's really good to do to lose bodyfat and if I had been doin this during summer i'd probably have my six cause i did it before and I lost alot of bodyfat. you have to REALLY want that six pack if you arent genetically gifted.

ok thx likewise! id give u rep but some asshole took all my rep away and now i dont got nuffing to give. Thx every1 for the advice imma be doing full body workouts 3 times a week and im going to try to land a job in subway to get even more in fit lol.
