Need some Photoshop help

Can someone make me a template for this with just the 2K6 logo, rating, online thing & the other 2K logo at the bottom? I can't figure a simple way to get without them looking jagged & shit.

I mean I can pretty much get the 2K6 logo but it just looks rough. The rating & online logos are no problem. The 2K SPORTS one looks like crap tryin to earase around the "sports".
