I Need a WebSite for my Production company/mini label

If any one on this forum has experience in building websites and working with graphics, flash and audio id like to hear from you. Im hunting around for someone who can do this within my budget and ill buy the domain name. I dont have alot of knowledge about this sorta stuff but what i do know is i wana be the one who updates it /hosts it etc.
