I need an album cover.... and some other stuff

okay. This is what I need (I'll try to be as descriptive as possible)

I have paypal, but I'd rather pay for graphic work with beats
this would all need to be hand-drawn

note: I'm looking for something anime/manga-style

The Group is called "Evil Empire" and the album will prolly be self-titled (but who knows).

Album Cover

It's suppsed to look like a super-hero team; 4 members

obviously those are just stix but you get the point.

*3 of the four characters are wearing white t-shirts .
*of these three 2 have a baseball hat, and the brims shade their eyes, which are pupil-less(all white)
* the third character in the white t-shirt has corn-rows, and still has pupilless eyes( he's looking down)
*the fourth character is wearing a dress shirt, in white, as well. it's untucked
* the character with the white dress shirt wears a baseball cap as well (white eyes, etc.)

*one or two of the characters could be holding mics,

*the character front and center (the red stick figure) should wear a half-grin, bearing teeth, and have a goatee

*all four characters are wearing blue jeans, and shell-toes, or Tims, surprise me.

If you can do that much, let me know. I'd need to see at least preliminary sketches, and you'd need to be able to colorize it (digitally) or masterfully by hand (like, ink it).

the deatils for the inside book, and possibly CD art would follow, compensation would be roughly $200.00 U.S. (negotiable), or 3 beats from our collection (or custom-made)

oh.... it's supposed to have a fighting-game (street-fighter 2; Marvel -v- Capcom) type feel.
