How do I get a "red name" as people call it?

I've been active here a number of years, used to moderate the RSTL, I'm now co-founder of the Barmageddon Battles league in England and share updates of our upcoming events, re-post the flyers/footage etc of our battles here in the BVA.

I was just wondering the criteria for obtaining a so-called 'red name'?
