how do I retrieve an old name I had? My email changed

I had another username here but the name was from 2003 and I dont have the same email anymore so I cant retrieve the password. How do I get that name back?

probably won't help you cuz it's a security risk proving who you are, giving away accounts and such, but it's a simple task of the admin going into the administrator panel for your name and changing your email to your current one so you can reset your pass
